Peppermint – mentha piperita

Mentha piperita is a hybrid herbaceous plant, from the crossing between spearmint (Mentha spicata) and water mint (Mentha aquatica). Peppermint Oil is reputed to have many healing properties assisting to relieve indigestion, congestion, headaches, stress, and sore muscles.
It is also used in aromatherapy, bath preparations, mouthwashes, toothpastes, and topical preparations.
